A stretched canvas painted and stencilled (tutor will have for students use) and stamped in acrylics to look like vintage wall paper then a chandelier is painted on and embellished with jewellery, pearls, diamantes, glitter and then sealed. Requirements on enrolment.
Requirements:
- 1 x stretched canvas(about 25 × 35 cm)
- Acrylic paints –red, yellow, blue, black & white
- Palette knife
- Disposable palette
- 2 & 6 round Taklon brushes
- 1" flat Taklon brush
- Can of clear spray paint
- Silver diamantes (3 sheets)
- Small PVA glue
- 2 x water jars
- Paint cloth for table
- Paint shirt
- Box to carry work home
- Pencil & paper
- Disposal gloves (optional)
- Lunch
Please note:
- Sometimes a course is either postponed or cancelled if there is not enough enrolments.. It is therefore wise to purchase your requirements after your class has been confirmed (usually within three working days of the proposed start date).
At Atwea College we offer a wide variety of Business, Lifestyle & Leisure courses at various locations throughout Newcastle, the Hunter Region and the Mid North Coast.
Course enrolment must be accompanied by a fee; we are unable to hold places for people or accept deposits on Lifestyle courses. Once enrolment is completed students will receive a course confirmation either in writing or by email. This course confirmation constitutes a receipt.
Please check your confirmation letter to ensure you have the correct time, date and location of your course as well as any necessary requirements. There is a room directory located at each venue directing you to your classroom. Parking fees may apply at some venues.
