Enrich the activities that shape your life in these practical and playful sessions. Learn to move more efficiently and effectively in fundamental activities (walking, sitting, lifting), everyday activities, work skills, leisure & creative pursuits. With sessions tailored to your interests, enhance the activities you care about by gaining greater freedom of movement and increased wellbeing.

2 hours per week for 3 weeks
Fees
Course enrolment must be accompanied by a fee; we are unable to hold places for people or accept deposits on Lifestyle courses. Once enrolment is completed students will receive a course confirmation either in writing or by email. This course confirmation constitutes a receipt.
Parking fees may apply at some venues.

Enrolment
To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
Confirmation
Please check your confirmation letter to ensure you have the correct time, date and location of your course as well as any necessary requirements. There is a room directory located at each venue directing you to your classroom.
Bring With You
Students are encouraged to bring equipment to explore a specialised activity of interest. E.g. Yoga mat, musical instrument, laptop, hand weights etc.
