Learn

Become a more effective face-to-face communicator. This practical workshop will give you the skills to become a more confident and comfortable communicator, be it in person or on zoom, to groups or one to one.   Explore the importance of clear intentions, the creation of connection through invitation and how to bring your wholeself, utilising Integrative Alexander Technique, to support successful communication.  Play with quick and easy vocal warm ups, and a fast and effective performance prep for that personal meeting, work presentation or performance.  Participants are invited to bring areas of interest - work presentations, lectures/classroom talks, poetry, scripts, or just conversation.

Fees

Course enrolment must be accompanied by a fee; we are unable to hold places for people or accept deposits on Lifestyle courses. Once enrolment is completed students will receive a course confirmation either in writing or by email.  This course confirmation constitutes a receipt.

Parking fees may apply at some venues.

Enrolment

To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.

Cancellation

All courses need a minimum number of students to run ("we try our hardest to get those"). If your course does not have enough students, it will be cancelled before the commencement and you will be informed.
