  • Process financial transactions (SITXFIN001)
  • Interact effectively with others at work (FSKOCM007)
  • Use routine strategies for career planning (FSKLRG010)
  • Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages (SITHFAB004)
  • Use digital technology for non-routine workplace tasks (FSKDIG003)

This course is designed to equip you with a range of foundation skills to prepare to enter the workforce.

This course aims to build your confidence and equip them with valuable skills for the next chapter of your career or study journey.

In addition, this qualification is hospitality-focused and offers you the opportunity to learn how to provide excellent customer service, comply with food hygiene practices and process financial transactions.
