This qualification provides a pathway to work in a diverse range of retail settings including specialty retailers, supermarkets, department stores and quick service restaurants. With this qualification you will be qualified to be a frontline retail team member such as a customer services assistant and point of sale operator.

2 days a week for 24 weeks plus work experience for Point of Sale assessment
