Expressive Movement series: An uplifting weekly gathering to oxygenate and reorganise the brain.

Focus: cycling through the human developmental movement patterns to support and strengthen body connectivity, sensory integration, core awareness, postural alignment, mobility, stability, proprioception, balance, coordination, and cognitive and nervous function. Energising and diverse sessions offering guided somatic experientials, moving through essential patterns in layers for positive development. There will be time to reflect upon your experience, allowing for insights and expression  towards self integration. An effective, holistic and creative way to revisit, observe, change and reinforce how you move in the world.

Expressive Movement: Connecting body, mind and wellness using a somatic, conceptual and creative approach to movement. Movement sessions offering group, dyad and solo embodied experientials to develop bodyfulness, through mindful attention during action. This program uses therapeutic principles, to facilitate giving physical shape and form to human thoughts, emotions and life experience. Movers are invited to a held, safe, welcoming and positive movement space, supported by group members. No movement experience necessary, just a curiosity to explore and move.
