Expressive Movement workshop: A playful inquiry around connectedness.

Lens of exploration: moving to cultivate feeling connected.

Focussing on: inviting sensory awareness to parts of the body; tracking body interconnectivity or how the body parts relate and influence each other in movement; connecting to one's sense of self; and human to human connection.

Creative movement invention, leaning in and out of touch with ourselves, our immediate environment and with others. Initiating with individual explorations to foster self-awareness and personal agency, followed by communal explorations for social wellbeing. Connect yourself to fluidity, support and joy.

Expressive Movement: connecting body, mind and wellness using a somatic, conceptual and creative approach to movement. Movement sessions offering group, dyad and solo embodied experientials to develop bodyfulness, through mindful attention during action. This program uses therapeutic principles, to facilitate giving physical shape and form to human thoughts, emotions and life experience. Movers are invited to a held, safe, welcoming and positive movement space, supported by group members. No movement experience necessary, just a curiosity to explore and move.

Face to face

2 Hours: exploration through a selected lens for deep understanding, embodiment and enrichment. There will be time to rest and reflect and the pace will be self-regulated.
