Every Australian today says they are “Time Poor”. This course will help anyone who would like to be more effective with their time. This workshop is ideal for those who struggle to be time effective and efficient in the workplace.

Overview:

In the Workplace, constant change is occurring, affecting the way we work. This face-to-face workshop will provide you the means to implement changes fluently and ensure they are relevant, practical and sustainable and allow for you and your colleagues to embrace change through a gradual process.

Workshop Content:

* Train your team to be proactive, not reactive.
  • Get people to stop and think about their time to prevent them working in auto-pilot.
  • Improve your organisation’s productivity by getting people to focus on the most important tasks and then getting them done.
  • Reduce stress by coaching people to complete tasks on time and cut procrastination.
  • Improve the quality of tasks completed by ensuring your team are not always rushing to finish projects on time.
  • Improve people’s work/life balance by ensuring time is used as efficiently as possible. No more working late simply because time was used poorly.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

At Atwea College we offer a wide variety of Business, Lifestyle & Leisure courses at various locations throughout Newcastle, the Hunter Region and the Mid North Coast.
Course enrolment must be accompanied by a fee; we are unable to hold places for people or accept deposits on Lifestyle courses. Once enrolment is completed students will receive a course confirmation either in writing or by email. This course confirmation constitutes a receipt.
