French Pastry - Eclairs & Profiteroles (Choux)

This course has no current classes. Please join the waiting list.

Produce a choux pastry, make chocolate crème patisserie filling, and decorate your end product with chocolate – each student will produce approximately 10 filled and decorated profiteroles.


  • 2 X 30cm piping bags, piping tip set – minimum 1 round, 1 star
  • Tea Towel & take away containers
  • Bags & tip set can be bought from the trainer on the day with cash for $15
  • WHS requirements fully enclosed non slip shoes to be worn

Please note:

  • Sometimes a course is either postponed or cancelled if there is not enough enrolments.. It is therefore wise to purchase your requirements after you have confirmed with us that your class is running (usually within three working days of the proposed start date).

At Atwea College we offer a wide variety of Business, Lifestyle & Leisure courses at various locations throughout Newcastle, the Hunter Region and the Mid North Coast.
Course enrolment must be accompanied by a fee; we are unable to hold places for people or accept deposits on Lifestyle courses. Once enrolment is completed students will receive a course confirmation either in writing or by email. This course confirmation constitutes a receipt.
Please check your confirmation letter to ensure you have the correct time, date and location of your course as well as any necessary requirements. There is a room directory located at each venue directing you to your classroom. Parking fees may apply at some venues.
