Rachel's Home Style Korean - Japchae (Korean Glass Noodles)

Japchae is a popular Korean food for festive occasions such as New Years (Sehae) and the harvest festival (Chuseok). It is a glass noodle dish made from sweet potatoes with colourful vegetables and seasoned meat (optional).
Learn
You will learn how to create your own version of this dish and be able to make it at home for your family dinner or can be a one-off dish for a “bring a plate” occasion.

Fees
Course enrolment must be accompanied by a fee; we are unable to hold places for people or accept deposits on Lifestyle courses. Once enrolment is completed students will receive a course confirmation either in writing or by email. This course confirmation constitutes a receipt.
Parking fees may apply at some venues.

Enrolment
To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
Confirmation
Please check your confirmation letter to ensure you have the correct time, date and location of your course as well as any necessary requirements. There is a room directory located at each venue directing you to your classroom.

Safety
Please contact Atwea if you have any concerns about allergens and need to review an ingredients list. Ingredients include: sweet potato noodles, carrots, onions, spinach, chives, beef, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds.

- Fully enclosed non slip shoes to be worn
- Follow all safety guidelines provided by the Tutor, especially in relation to hand hygiene, use of knives and cooking with gas
