Rachel’s Home Style Korean – Tteokbokki (rice cakes) & Kimbap (sushi)

Tteokbokki is a Korean rice cake street food and Kimbap is a sushi. Both of these dishes are regularly made and eaten in Korea. You will get to watch Rachel prepare these delectable morsels and ask lots of questions along the way and of course, there is plenty of time to taste test.

Course enrolment must be accompanied by a fee; we are unable to hold places for people or accept deposits on Lifestyle courses. Once enrolment is completed students will receive a course confirmation either in writing or by email.  This course confirmation constitutes a receipt.

Parking fees may apply at some venues.

Enrolment

To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.

Confirmation

Please check your confirmation letter to ensure you have the correct time, date and location of your course as well as any necessary requirements. There is a room directory located at each venue directing you to your classroom.

Safety

Please contact Atwea if you have any concerns about allergens and need to review an ingredients list. Ingredients include: sweet potato noodles, carrots, onions, spinach, chives, beef, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds.

Please follow the following the safety requirements

• Hair tied back
• Fully enclosed non slip shoes to be worn
• Follow all safety guidelines provided by the Tutor, especially in relation to hand hygiene, use of knives and  cooking with gas
