Learn

High Tea is an ancient tradition that originated in the mid-1700s in Britain. Its roots can be traced back to India, where the ritual of offering Chai (tea) and food for conversation was a symbol of hospitality, respect, and friendship. Join Promila and learn how to make a variety of delicious Indian snacks, including Pakoras (vegetable fritters), Samosas, Beetroot Kebabs, Chocolate Burfi, Semolina Halwa, and Mint Chutney. We will also be preparing the quintessential Indian Chai to complete the experience. * see website for requirements
