RSA - Responsible Service of Alcohol

Responsible practices must be undertaken wherever alcohol is sold or served, including where alcohol samples are served during on-site product tastings. This unit, therefore, applies to any workplace where alcohol is sold or served, including all types of hospitality venues, packaged liquor outlets and wineries, breweries and distilleries. After successful completion you will be issued an RSA competency card from Liquor and Gaming NSW.

Minimum attendance hours are required in accordance with Liquor and Gaming NSW requirements.

Fees
This training is subsidised by the NSW Government. Eligibility criteria apply. 

Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites to enrol in this course.

Pathway
This unit may be used as credit transfer, on successful completion, to other qualifications in the hospitality and other training packages  

Already have an RSA Competency card?

If you hold a current or recently expired competency card or an interim certificate issued within the last five years, visit the Liquor and Gaming NSW website to complete an online renewal before your card’s expiry date. If your competency card has expired by more than 28 days, you are required to complete a new course, so this course is suitable for you. If you are unsure, please contact us for further information.

Are you an interstate RSA holder?

If you are moving permanently to NSW and are seeking recognition in order to obtain a NSW competency card, you will need to undertake the Liquor and Gaming NSW online NSW RSA Bridging course.
