BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management

This qualification supports the growth and development of individuals to be able to apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. This course is suitable for anyone wanting to take the next step in leadership and obtain the skills necessary to be able to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements. This is including the ability to plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems.
