Yoga, Breath & Movement for Longevity

Do you feel stiff and sore? Do you want to relax and reduce stress? Would you like to improve your balance, flexibility and strength? Come practice some simple breath work, movement and yoga with Sara, a qualified, professional yoga instructor and movement coach with more than 5years teaching experience. Sara will guide you to a happier, healthier lifestyle, for students of every level. This class is perfect for those new to Yoga or would enjoy a slower paced class. All levels and abilities welcome. If you have trouble sitting or gettingup and down from the floor, we would recommend starting with Sara’s Chair Yoga class.

Requirements:

  • Yoga Mat, comfortable clothes for sitting and stretching

At Atwea College we offer a wide variety of Business, Lifestyle & Leisure courses at various locations throughout Newcastle, the Hunter Region and the Mid North Coast.
Course enrolment must be accompanied by a fee; we are unable to hold places for people or accept deposits on Lifestyle courses. Once enrolment is completed students will receive a course confirmation either in writing or by email. This course confirmation constitutes a receipt.

Please check your confirmation letter to ensure you have the correct time, date and location of your course as well as any necessary requirements. There is a room directory located at each venue directing you to your classroom.
