Degree in Home Economics and Master’s Degree in Food & Nutrition, I have also completed a 2 year course in vegetarian cooking.

Experience:

I have been teaching cooking classes for 45 years, cooked in restaurants for 11 years, I am also an author of two cook books & demonstrated cooking in various places.

Achievements:

I was awarded Citizen of the year in 2007 and Pride of Australia Award 2006. I made a documentary movie for migrant people called 'Five Spices '
