Kris has been practising meditation and has had an interest in alternative therapies for the last 2 decades. Her background is in Education and she has been running her own recruitment business for the past thirteen years. With retirement in mind she decided to further her studies and gain qualifications in Meditaiton and Chair Yoga.
Kris has recenty moved to the beautiful Mid North Coast and is thoroughly enjoying her new lifestyle. When not teaching she can be found at the beach, reading, listening (and probably dancing) to music and spending time with family and friends.
