Qualifications:

Cert IV in Hospitality & Cert IV Workplace training and assessing

Experience:

12yrs in the coffee industry, over that time I have roasted coffee, managed cafes and worked as a Barista in Newcastle and Sydney. I have been training coffee courses for over 6 years.

Teaching Style:

My teaching style is always professional and friendly. Mistakes are how we learn so practice makes perfect, with coffee making the best way to get better is to keep making coffees, so our classes are very hands on and interactive.

Something Unique:

I was lucky enough to visit The Arctic Circle in January 2016 to see the Northern Lights and go dogsledding in Norway.

Barista Basics, I teach the foundational principles of making and enjoying a great cup of coffee.
