This sewing course is designed for the very beginner to those needing a little help working on their own project.

How to use and maintain your sewing machine 

Reading and adjusting patterns to suit the individual 

Select fabric

Basic sewing for simple garment construction skills and finishes  

Learning basic repairs as well as alterations to garments.

3 hours a week for 6 weeks 

Fees

Course enrolment must be accompanied by a fee; we are unable to hold places for people or accept deposits on Lifestyle courses. Once enrolment is completed students will receive a course confirmation either in writing or by email. This course confirmation constitutes a receipt.

Parking fees may apply at some venues.

Enrolment

To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.

Confirmation

Please check your confirmation letter to ensure you have the correct time, date and location of your course as well as any necessary requirements. There is a room directory located at each venue directing you to your classroom.
