Come and have fun learning how to make this famous dish.
You will learn more about kimchi, its benefits and varieties and its history as part of Korean culture.
Rachel will guide you to make your own and you can take some home to share. Please contact Atwea if you have any concerns about allergens and need to review an ingredients list.

Fees
Course enrolment must be accompanied by a fee; we are unable to hold places for people or accept deposits on Lifestyle courses. Once enrolment is completed students will receive a course confirmation either in writing or by email. This course confirmation constitutes a receipt.
Parking fees may apply at some venues.

Enrolment
To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
Confirmation
Please check your confirmation letter to ensure you have the correct time, date and location of your course as well as any necessary requirements. There is a room directory located at each venue directing you to your classroom.

Safety
- Hair tied back
- Fully enclosed non slip shoes to be worn
- Follow all safety guidelines provided by the Tutor, especially in relation to hand hygiene, use of knives and cooking with gas
- Ingredients include: salted cabbage, onion and shallots seasoned with chilli powder, ground garlic, sugar, fish sauce, salted shrimp, rice flour and ginger (optional). Should you have any allergies please contact Atwea for further information on this class.

Cancellation
All courses need a minimum number of students to run ("we try our hardest to get those") . If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled before the commencement and you will be informed.
